1. Bicomponent Built-In Stretch with Resilient Recovery Made from PET/PTT bicomponent elastic polyester fiber combined with PET 50D/144F micro-denier filament through ATY air-texturing. After dyeing and heat treatment, the bicomponent fiber develops fine helical crimp, giving the yarn natural stretch and recovery without relying on spandex. The micro-denier filament further provides a smoother touch and excellent fabric coverage. 2. High-Filament-Count Micro-Denier ATY for a Refined Cotton-Linen Feel The ATY structure creates bulky, irregular micro-loops from continuous filaments, reducing the overly smooth and lustrous appearance typically associated with conventional filament yarns. Combined with PET 50D/144F high-filament-count micro-denier construction, the dyed yarn delivers a soft, dry, low-luster cotton-linen-like hand. Compared with staple cotton yarn, it can reduce the risk of visible fuzz and pilling caused by staple-fiber shedding while retaining the abrasion-resistance potential of polyester filament. Suitable as a face yarn for socks, knitted fabrics, and woven fabrics. 3. Peach-Skin Matte Surface, Bulk, and Natural Texture After Dyeing With suitable fabric construction and dyeing conditions, the ATY surface micro-loops, micro-denier filaments, and bicomponent shrinkage work together to create a soft, bulky peach-skin matte finish. The fabric can develop a naturally uneven cotton-linen texture with subtle tonal depth. When combined with heather, contrasting-color, or differential-dyeing designs, it can further create a refined two-tone visual effect, balancing the clean durability of filament yarn with the natural character of staple-fiber fabrics. 4. Natural Stretch with a Nylon-Like Matte Aesthetic The differential shrinkage of PET/PTT releases built-in helical crimp during heat processing, enabling stable stretch and recovery together with soft bulk and a low-luster appearance. It is suitable for developing matte stretch fabrics with a NOP nylon-like aesthetic for functional socks, casualwear, sportswear, shirts, and a wide range of stretch knitted and woven applications. 5.All-Polyester Material Design for T2T Circularity The yarn system uses PET/PTT and PET polyester-family materials without added nylon or spandex, reducing the complexity of sorting and processing mixed materials at end of life. Designed from the material stage for textile-to-textile closed-loop recycling, it provides a clearer material foundation for recycled filament production and garment remanufacturing.
