| Made from PTT/PET bicomponent elastic polyester filament combined with PET micro-denier filament, the yarn develops differential shrinkage and a distinctive filament structure. In a single-jersey knit, these features create fine, irregular surface texture and micro-loops, delivering a soft, bulky peach-skin-like hand with a subtle, natural heathered two-tone appearance. The surface is not staple-fiber fuzz. Instead, continuous filaments form fine micro-loops and micro-texture. This preserves the durability and low-fuzz advantages of filament yarn while reducing the overly smooth touch commonly associated with conventional filaments, creating a skin-friendly cotton-linen-like surface with a gentle, tactile grip. The refined single-jersey construction combines softness, breathability, moisture transport, and quick-drying performance. The mechanical crimp created by the PTT/PET bicomponent structure provides comfortable four-way stretch and recovery, allowing the fabric to fit close to the body without restriction. It achieves Grade 4 or above for pilling and snag resistance. This spandex-free PET/PTT all-polyester stretch structure provides an alternative to stretch cotton and stretch nylon fabrics. The fabric body contains no nylon, cotton, PU, or spandex. When garment trims and finishing processes also adopt polyester-family materials, the resulting product can support a simpler and more traceable recycling stream.
