| Qmaloft high-abrasion five-toe marathon socks use PET, PTT, PBT, and TPEE polyester-family materials to integrate face yarns, elastic structures, reinforcement yarns, and seam construction. By avoiding PU/OP elastic yarn, nylon, and rubber yarn, the socks are designed to meet long-distance running needs while supporting recycling-oriented product development. ### Fully Fashioned Five-Toe Construction for Improved Toe Alignment The socks use a fully fashioned five-toe knitting design, with each toe pocket knitted and individually enclosed. Compared with conventional tube socks that are later divided into toe sections, this construction allows better control of toe alignment and can reduce toe distortion, compression, and pulling during wear. With a balanced stretch setting, the socks are easier to put on and take off while maintaining stable fit during long-distance running. ### ATY Filament Face Yarn for Grip and Durable Appearance The face yarn uses polyester composite ATY filament. PET filament covers a PET/PTT or PET/PBT elastic core, then undergoes air-texturing to form fine, short, non-directional micro-loops. These loops are formed from continuous filaments rather than staple-fiber fuzz or brushed fibers. The micro-loops increase natural friction between the sock and shoe interior, providing a refined cotton-like hand, gentle grip, and a low-luster appearance while reducing concerns about staple-fiber shedding. Actual pilling and snag-resistance grades should be confirmed according to the finished specification and test results. ### High-Strength Polyester Reinforcement at the Forefoot and Big Toe High-strength PET filament reinforces the forefoot, toe, and big-toe areas where marathon runners experience the greatest friction. Zoned yarn reinforcement and adjusted fabric density improve abrasion resistance in high-friction shoe-contact areas and reduce the risk of holes after extended use. A composite configuration of TPEE polyester elastic yarn with PET, PET/PTT, or PET/PBT filament provides balanced stretch recovery and support, helping the socks maintain a comfortable fit through continuous running and repeated laundering. ### Flat Toe Seam to Reduce Toe Pressure The toe area uses a manually folded flat-seam construction to control seam bulk and stiffness, reducing the pressure that thick conventional sock seams can cause at the toes. Together with independent toe pockets and an elastic sock body, this allows natural toe movement and supports long-duration running and high-activity everyday wear. ### Designed for Long-Distance Running - Separate toe pockets reduce direct toe-to-toe friction and the feeling of heat buildup. - High-strength polyester reinforces high-abrasion areas at the forefoot, big toe, and toe cap. - ATY filament micro-loops provide natural friction and a gentle grip. - TPEE elastic construction provides support, stretch, and recovery. - Polyester filament construction offers development potential for abrasion resistance, pilling resistance, and snag resistance. - Suitable for marathons, long-distance running, walking, and frequent everyday exercise. ### All-Polyester Family Design for Recycling and Remanufacturing The product uses an all-polyester-family material architecture. When the sock body, reinforcement yarns, seams, cuff, and labels maintain consistent material management, dissimilar-material interference can be reduced, providing a better basis for sorting, recycling, and remanufacturing. Qmaloft high-abrasion five-toe socks can connect with sock-to-sock circular-development programs. Actual mechanical recycling and recycled-filament spinning conditions must still be confirmed according to complete material composition, recycled-content ratio, contamination control, and remanufacturing validation results. ### Patented Technology Recycling-oriented, abrasion-resistant polyester sock technology has been granted Taiwan Invention Patent No. I940204. |
