| Qmaloft All-Polyester-Family Stretch Woven Shirts use PET/PTT bicomponent elastic polyester filament in the weft, combined with PET ATY continuous filament construction. Differential shrinkage of the bicomponent fiber and appropriate heat setting provide natural stretch and reliable recovery. ATY continuous filament forms short, irregular, non-directional micro-loops on the fabric surface, creating a low-luster, soft, refined hand that resembles staple-fiber cotton. The fabric balances moderate structure, softness, and comfortable stretch for everyday wear. It is developed with wrinkle resistance and a smooth appearance after laundering in mind, helping reduce garment-care demands. Warp filament count can be adjusted to create different hand-feel and appearance profiles: **PET 75D/36F DTY: Relatively coarser individual filaments create a crisper fabric with more body, suitable for business shirts, uniforms, and styles requiring greater structure. **PET 75D/72F DTY: Finer individual filaments provide a softer, more refined hand and more natural drape, suitable for casual shirts, womenswear, and lightweight designs. The collar and placket use Co-PET heat-fusible nonwoven interlining, bonded to the polyester shell fabric by heat pressing without a PU adhesive system. This maintains collar shape and placket support while keeping the material system focused on the polyester family. Custom PET buttons are available in black and white to complement a clean, consistent garment design. When the shell fabric, sewing thread, collar interlining, buttons, labels, prints, and other trims all use compatible polyester-family materials, the complete shirt can be developed toward mono-material design and circular-use objectives. It is suitable for corporate uniforms, ESG procurement, business-casual apparel, and sustainable apparel collections. |
