| Qmaloft uses PET/PTT bicomponent elastic polyester filament together with ATY air-texturing technology to create single-jersey fabrics that combine a soft hand, natural stretch, and reliable recovery. Differential shrinkage and heat setting of the bicomponent filament provide comfortable stretch, while the ATY continuous filament develops short, irregular, non-directional micro-loops on the surface, creating a low-luster, finely bulky, peach-skin-like soft texture. Unlike the surface fuzz of staple-fiber yarns, Qmaloft achieves its cotton-like hand through the refined surface texture of long-filament ATY yarn. It offers a soft, skin-friendly touch with a lofty, comfortable hand comparable to superfine acrylic, while retaining the durability and clean appearance of filament yarn. The fabric uses a balanced weight that combines softness, breathability, and the stability required for everyday wear, making it suitable for all seasons. It can be developed into short-sleeve and long-sleeve T-shirts, casual tops, and corporate or group uniforms, delivering relaxed comfort without a loose or sagging fit. The product incorporates moisture management, UV protection, pilling resistance, and snag resistance. Through control of fabric construction, heat setting, and dyeing-and-finishing conditions, the fabric maintains its soft hand, surface appearance, and dimensional stability after repeated wear and laundering, extending product life and overall value. The complete garment follows an all-polyester-family material design. The main fabric, care label, size label, and sewing thread avoid PU, OP, and other dissimilar elastic materials, simplifying the recycling stream and providing a strong product-design foundation for textile-to-textile closed-loop recycling. Approved product versions have obtained authorization to use Taiwan Ministry of Environment’s Circular Mark within the approved scope. The product demonstrates the sustainability value of mono-material design, resource circularity, and extended product life, making it suitable for ESG corporate uniforms, event apparel, and sustainable procurement programs. |
